Gfree casserole, aka Mesa Sunrise Roast

I used to love Special K Loaf. Since I don't eat Special K now, I've experimented with a few different flakes. Gfree corn flakes do well so I was pleased with them for a while. Now that I've gotten bolder, I decided to try these flakes by Nature's Path since they're so packed with nutritional grains like quinoa, amaranth and flax.
In short, I liked the casserole a LOT. My dad said it was my best casserole yet.

Roast Recipe

5 Tbsp butter (appr 1 stick of butter)
1 C. chopped onion (Can brown them, though not necessary for it to be tasty!)

3 envelopes George Washington broth OR 3 cubes buillon OR chicken seasoning (to taste)

5 eggs beaten (I use eggbeaters substitute)
1/2 C. chopped nuts (I used almonds for this, and walnuts the time before)
1/2 C. milk (I used almond and soy milk mixed)
12 oz. tofu or cottage cheese (I used the tofu spread-for sandwiches from Whole foods bc it's seasoned nicely)
6 oz. Mesa Sunrise Cereal

Bake ingredients 1 hr at 325 degrees

Finding the Perfect Bread

Currently, I'm still looking for a good sandwich bread. I have a good sandwich bread for sweet pb&j sandwiches (Food for Life's brown rice, juice sweetened, in a pink bag)...but what about salty? nuttin

As for hot dogs...yes hot dogs!!...I got the perfect bread, on the first try. This is really good bread, and for now, I'm using it as a bread for the salty kinds of sandwiches.

Now that I know they have burger buns as well...YAY!!
