
I know I just said every person should read this book, and I do think everyone should read it. As for those who think they may be celiac or gluten sensitive, I think you should buy it and read it cover to cover. It has really important information on testing options, recipes, symptoms and diseases that many times benefit from a gluten-free diet. I didn't know the last part, when I read it it was so interesting that something like letting go of one ingredient can affect a person's behavior or symptoms so much.
Celiac, gluten-sensitive, or not...Please read this book! You'll be amazed at what you learn!
